Research On Knowledge Transfer Of Enterprise Based On Knowledge Value Chain

With the rapid development of information technology and global economic integration brought about by fierce competition, the core operation of the enterprise with traditional cash, logistics and information flow is gradually alternated by the core operation with value stream and knowledge flow. There is growing recognition that knowledge in the importance of enterprise development, and it leads to the upsurge of the research about enterprise knowledge value chain. The essence of enterprise knowledge value chain is managing knowledge transfer and knowledge innovation process, and knowledge transfer is an important source of knowledge innovation. Through knowledge transfer process, the key factor for winning and maintaining competitive advantage of enterprise is to share, absorb and apply by more workers, to increase the stock of personal and organizational knowledge and appreciate knowledge, in favor of integrating internal and external knowledge resources of enterprise, to achieve the innovation of enterprise technical capacity, managerial capacity and improve capacity of the key processes, and finally the knowledge benefits for the enterprises in the form of final product, capital and services. Knowledge value chain provides a new framework for research of knowledge transfer. Based on this, this article attempts to apply the knowledge value chain for knowledge transfer, to explore the issue of knowledge transfer based on knowledge value chain.(1)Firstly, make a brief elaboration of research background and significance of the paper ; analyze and summarize existing theories of related knowledge transfer and knowledge value chain, summarize results' characteristics and shortcomings based on this paper. Secondly, the definition and classification of knowledge are defined, mainly includes①tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge;②internal knowledge and external knowledge;③expertise and general knowledge;④personal knowledge and organizational knowledge, and drive out the knowledge transfer connotation. Finally, carry on the analysis of knowledge value chain's connotation and the characteristics. (2) Firstly, analyze the agent and benefits in theory of knowledge transfer of the enterprises. Secondly, analyzes content and vector of knowledge flow. Finally, analyze main factors in the process of knowledge transfer based on knowledge value chain. It mainly elaborates from the subject of knowledge transfer, business process reengineering, knowledge of the ambiguity itself, technical support of knowledge transfer, the media of knowledge transfer, the organizational structure of enterprises, enterprise culture, and clears the problems of knowledge management in enterprise.(3) This paper analyzes the process of knowledge transfer. Firstly, it analyzes the level of knowledge transfer in enterprise based on knowledge value chain, constructs level spiral model of knowledge transfer in enterprise based on knowledge value chain from the view of significance and tacit knowledge transfer from individual employees, departments, enterprises, enterprises. Secondly, analyzes the process of knowledge transfer in every business process and analyzes the process model of knowledge transfer in different business process in enterprise, for instance of manufacturing sector, and analyzes specifically. Thirdly, analyzes the mechanism of knowledge transfer in enterprise based on knowledge value chain from the view of game theory, and analyzes exhaustive from internalization mechanism, communication mechanism, incentive mechanism. Finally, it constructs the overall model of knowledge transfer based on knowledge value chain.(4)This paper draws on existing research literature, analyzes the protection of knowledge transfer in enterprise based on knowledge value chain, and elaborates from three aspects which are promoting knowledge transfer technology tools, management tools, and organization. The technology tools mainly contain the construction of knowledge management information system, knowledge warehouse, the aspect of knowledge warehouse;the management tools elaborates the aspect of building practice community and informal places;the organization elaborates from two points of view which contain improving the organizational structure and building a good corporate culture. Through security system of knowledge transfer in enterprise to promote knowledge transfer, to achieve knowledge flow, transmission, transfer, sharing, creation better in enterprise, to achieve increase and add the stock of knowledge. It fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of enterprise members, promotes to achieve knowledge transfer, innovates products, ensures that the enterprise is in an advantageous position under competition.This study has a role to reveal more effectively knowledge transfer in the internal and external enterprise, which is important for theoretical and practical significance of enterprise development, and ultimately, advances the research of knowledge transfer for deeper research and application.
