In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the core capital which can realize competitiveness for corporations by effective management. As the key process of knowledge management, knowledge transfer ensures the play of knowledge management function. In order to promote knowledge transfer, corporations have developed many ways that are disorederd management, which cannot ment the need of corporations. In this condition, the new oraanizational unit-the coporation university was born. As the new emerging forces of knowledge management, corporation uiversities are more and more important gradually.According to the operations process of the corporation university and knowledge transfer, this paper constracts the mode of the knowledge spiral interaction. And then, based on the mode of the content and experience’lines, it works out a concept model of knowledge transfer of CU’s influence factors and makes empirical study. The empiraical study mainly takes the convenient sampling method. then the data is collected by questionnaire survey with interview, and is analized by Spss13.0. In addition, for deeping understanding of empirical conlusion, the paper takes case studies to analyse series of cases.On the basis of empirical research, we drew the following conclusions:first, knowledge nature has influence on the knowledge transfer of CU’s effect, in which the tacit character of knowledge has negative influence and the explict character of knowledge has positive influence; second, trainers’factors have positive influence on the knowledge transfer of CU’s effect; third, instructors’factors have positive influence on the knowledge transfer of CU’s effect; fourth, organizational factors have positive influence on the knowledge transfer of CU’s effect; fifth, education has influence on the knowledge transfer of CU’s effect and the other background variables related with person have no influence; sixth, the background variables related with the corporation and corporation university have no influence on the knowledge transfer of CU’s effect.With regard to case study, this paper has analyzed5corporation universities, and tested the practical significance of corporation university knowledge transfer in the respects of knowledge, leaner, instuctor as well as organization. In addition, in accordance with the conclusion drawn, it has put forward some advices coindusive to corporation university knowledge transfer, which is related to reality.
