The Transnational Operation Of Chinese Enterprises

Since 2001 China has joined the WTO, Chinese enterprises and markets have already opened to the world. Enterprises need not only the domestic market, but also the foreign market, which become the battleground for the Chinese and foreign enterprises. Therefore enterprises need operating overseas. How about Chinese enterprises operated in overseas? What caused this situation? This paper will answer these questions. This paper select the 22 enterprises which enter into the top 500 Enterprises of World, and the 72 enterprises in the top 500 enterprises in china ,which operating in oversea, and then conduct comparative analysis. Also through analyze the comparision the firm size; profitability and labor productivity and so on between the top 500 Chinese enterprises and the world top 500 enterprises, looking for the reason caused that situation. This paper wish to provide the reference for the Chinese enterprises operating overseas.
