A Study On Tourist Satisfaction Measurement In Theme Park

As a new tourism form, the theme parks play an increasingly important role in the tourism industry to break the traditional resource-oriented development model. Along with the intensifying competition, how to maintain and strive for tourists has become an important research topic for theme parks. Tourist satisfaction is a key indicator that reflects the competitiveness of theme parks and tourist demands. So the research of tourist satisfaction is significant and important. However, existing research for tourist satisfaction measurement of tourist destination, which has not taken the characteristics of the theme park into account, can not effectively reflect the tourists' perception and evaluation on the theme park. Therefore, the research of tourist satisfaction measurement is needed for the theme parks.After a systematic review on the literature of customer satisfaction measurement, a tourist satisfaction logic model for the theme parks which contains seven variables was presented on the base of Fornell Modeling. Then, the thesis drew up a tourist satisfaction measurement system for the theme park according to the characteristics of the theme park and the tourist satisfaction logic model. And the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to measure the tourist satisfaction. Finally, the thesis made an empirical research taking Shenzhen OCT as an example.
