Analysis Of Tourist Destination Satisfaction Based On Web Comments

With the rapid development of China's economy and the growth of residents' income,the domestic tourism industry has become more and more popular.The tourism industry has become one of the industries that promote the fastest growth of domestic consumption.For Wuhan City,it has rich tourism resources,convenient transportation and profound cultural heritage.It has unique advantages in the development of urban tourism.The healthy development of tourism will enhance the soft power of Wuhan,and will greatly promote the city's infrastructure construction,industrial restructuring,and domestic consumption.Therefore,it is more meaningful to conduct tourist satisfaction research in Wuhan.However,the traditional satisfaction questionnaire option is limited and not flexible enough,and it requires both manpower and material resources.Relatively,the openness and freedom of online commentary can reflect the true views of tourists on Wuhan.Therefore,this article conducts a study on the satisfaction of tourists in Wuhan by crawling the content of the tourists' comments on the travel website.The content of this article is mainly composed of three parts.The first part mainly introduces the related theories of the factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists and the measurement methods of satisfaction.The second part mainly involves four aspects.The first is to expound the text mining technology involved in this article;The second is to climb the online traveler commentary data about Wuhan from Ctrip,Baidu and Tuniu.Then cleans the data and generates cloud word map visualization;The third is to establish an indicator system for the influence factors of tourists' satisfaction based on the LDA theme model.The index system consists of 11 dimensions.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to measure the satisfaction and overall satisfaction of the tourists for each index dimension;The fourth is to analyze the sentiment orientation of each commentary sentence based on the constructed emotional lexicon to judge the emotional attitude of tourists to Wuhan.The third part is mainly to further analyze the 11 dimensions in the above index system by IPA method,in order to better understand the tourist satisfaction details of Wuhan.The results show that the overall satisfaction score of tourists for Wuhan City is 3.91 points,which is between the general satisfaction and satisfaction level.Among the 11 dimensions,the city image has the highest score,reaching 4.23 points;The expected difference has the lowest score of 3.19 points;In terms of emotional sentiment in the commentary,tourists' favorable rate,bad evaluation rate and neutral attitude to Wuhan City accounts for 81.53%,13.86% and 4.61% respectively.It shows that most tourists are satisfied with Wuhan.Based on the four-quadrant analysis of IPA,it is found that the three dimensions of City image,Dietary characteristics and Tourist attraction are located in the advantageous area,which is the main advantage of Wuhan attracting tourists.It should continue to develop;The two dimensions of Entertainment shopping and Revisiting are located at the opportunity zone which can be developed as an opportunity;The four dimensions of Hotel accommodation,Public transportation,Expectations difference,Overall evaluation are located in the inferior area.The priority is at the lowest level.The two dimensions of cultural perception and environmental atmosphere are located in the improvement zone,which needs attention and focus on improvement.
