The development of scenic spot,has the direct relation to China tourism's overall vivid and the international competitiveness, China must realize from the major tourist destination to the traveling powerful nation spanning, cannot leave from the development and the progress of the domestic tourist scenic spot.In the last few years, our country's tourist scenic spot in quantity in the explosive growth, the scale expands unceasingly. However, more and more scenic spots are facing the condition which in the management loses money. Facing same opportunity and challenge, Lingshan scenic spot, in a piece goes out of cultivation in the foundation, passes through several stages of the value innovations, has obtained the huge success. It became the important window to demonstrated the development achievement of Wuxi and even Jiangsu.Compared with two results, why the Lingshan scenic spot obtained the success?
