Research Of Circular Tourism On Sienic Spot

Nowadays developing circular economy and establishing the circular-mode society are treated as the vital approach and means to go ahead with the strategy of sustainable development in many developed countries. The Chinese government has also regarded developing circular economy as a strategy of the all-round construction of better-off society and begun to analyze its application in tourism and the tertiary industry. The circular tourism was put forward to be the important constituent part in the circular economic construction of the tertiary industry in 2003. Now is a good time for us to explore the circular economy of tourism, seek for a new way of tourist economic growth and improve the sustainable development of Chinese tourism.This thesis applies the idea of circular economy in the development and construction of tourism and propounds the inner meaning and the theoretical basis of the circular economy as well as the constructive pattern and developing planning of the circular tourism in scenic spots. Based on these, taking the state-level Scenic Spots and Historic Sites of Yulusan for instance, this thesis brings forward workable primary planning of circular tourism and hope to benefit the practice of circular tourism in scenic spots in future.The paper consists of 5 chapters in all:The introductory chapter is the overview of circular economy and tourism. It introduces the background, the significance, the content and the innovation of this research. The author gives an overview of the research on the circular tourism at home and abord.Chapter 1 illustrates the meaning of developing circular tourism. It first introduces the concept, guiding ideology and basic principle of circular tourism, finds out its differences with the ecotourism, and proves that thecircular tourism is a tourist developing model based on the ecotourism, is the perfection and development of ecotourism and a popular tourism of many forms.Chapter 2 tells about the three basic theories( the theory of circular economy, the theory of tourist environtology and the theory of cleaner production) of circular tourism and the guiding sense of them on the developing circular tourism.Chapter 3 propounds the model and analyzes the developing process of circular tourism in scenic spots and presents the developing planning of the infrastructure.Chapter 4 deals with the construction of security system of circular tourism from five aspects: the evaluation indicator system, the incentive institutional system of economy, the social system, the legal system of security and the system of environmental management and supervision of the development of circular tourism.Chapter 5, taking the state-level Scenic Spots and Historic Sites of Yulusan for instance, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of developing circular tourism and advances its developing model and construction plans.
