Under the background of the economical globalization , the demands of the customers in the segment market are more and more appropriate, competence between companies is more drastic, and products'lifecycle has been shorten, then a queasy managed organization has been developed. From the view of enterprise management, large groups of domestic enterprises had been changed from"star"to"falling star". On the contrary, many enterprises of Top 500 Global corporations have a long life. Therefore, the discussion of enterprise continuable growth from a broad perspective is necessary.This paper studies from enterprise"life like"character of evolutional economy,then Enterprises are regarded as a complicated life; they live in a zoology system where enterprises effected or be affected. Similar to biology, enterprises also have a process including birth, development, decrepitude and death which contains three mechanisms of inheritance, aberrance and choice. Creatures'exterior representations are controlled by gene and so do enterprises. Enterprise's gene is enterprise culture.This paper studies the correlation between culture gene and enterprise growth. Culture gene controls the growth of enterprise during which core value and routines play the role of DNA and protein. It studies the gene function of core value and exterior expression of routines and proposes during enterprise growth, though routines are changing, core value keeps its state.Then the paper studies Chinese enterprise-Qinghua Tongfang Environment Limited Company whose culture are measured based on Competing Values Framework, then the function of enterprise culture is analyzed. The case provides an example how to study enterprise culture from the angle of gene expression and gives a good evidence for the work of this paper. In the end, some suggestions and views concerning enterprise continuable growth are provided.
