In the 21st century, the strategic function of enterprise culture to enterprise is more prominent. In view of the low efficiency in the medical enterprise merger and the difficulty in the medical enterprise development, it is necessary to study medical enterprise culture. The literature of the medical enterprise culture theory is few and duplicate too much.So that the guiding meaning of the literature study to the medical enterprise culture construction is little.In view of the fact,I decide to study the medical enterprise culture in my master period.The thesis study and analyze the definitions and contents of culture, enterprise culture, medical enterprise culture,and then find the breakthrough point of studying the medical enterprise culture; Under the direction of the enterprise culture construction theory, the thesis gives the overall route of the medical enterprise culture construction and the seven steps of the medical enterprise culture construction; The strategy implementation of medical enterprise image is inevitable in the medical enterprise culture construction, so,the thesis gives the four steps of implementing medical enterprise image strategy;The successful key of the medical enterprise culture construction is the ability promotion of the managers participating in culture construction. Therefore ,I consider promoting the medical manager's ability with the help of individual management skills assessment instrument; Base on the study of front part, the thesis analyses situation of the medical enterprise culture construction in three domestic medical enterprises.In conclusion, the thesis gives development law and standard study of the medical enterprise culture,and gives advices in initiating the enterprise culture construction and promoting the medical manager's ability.The purpose of the thesis is providing the reference in the domestic medical enterprise culture construction.The main study method of the thesis is literature research.It includes 436 articles from 2002 to 2011 in CNKI and ten several books about culture, enterprise culture and medical aspects. In addition,I scan the websites related to the thesis content. Through the above aspect, in addition to my understanding for the medical enterprise, the thesis gives thoughts of the medical enterprise culture construction.The studies demonstrates that the theory studies is little up to now and our country the medical enterprise culture construction is in the self-fumble and learning from each other period.The medical enterprise culture includes four cultures:the temporary system type culture, the tribe type culture,the strict hierarchy type culture and the first market type culture.The thesis puts forward seven steps of the medical enterprise culture construction: (1) diagnose and make clear the medical enterprise present culture; (2) diagnose and analyze the medical enterprise future culture; (3) judge the necessity of the medical enterprise culture reconstruction; (4) the medical enterprise culture needs to change something; (5) seek the small stories that are related to the medical enterprise and reflect the medical enterprise new culture; (6) institute the concrete motion step; (7) implement the plan motion.The studies indicate that the strategy implementation of medical enterprise image is inevitable in the medical enterprise culture construction.
