The research aims to reveal the job search motivations in terms of job seekers' pers(?)nality,vocational inclinations and job value via some questionnaires.The regression model of job s(?)eking motivations are built according to data from 219 subjects.The theoretical meaning and poss ble applications to human resource practice are also discussed.
