Human capital pricing is monetizing human capital, objectively reflecting the value of human capital, safeguarding rights and benefits of human capital, and improving the enterprise operational efficiency. At present, the majority study of human capital pricing is one-off. In fact, human capital pricing is a process that adjust and amendment constantly.On the base of exploring the processes of value realize of human capital, model of human capital pricing based on value realize was established in this paper, which include four stages, initial pricing, element allocation pricing, achievement pricing, value pricing. In this process, element allocation is an important and critical stage, and it directly concerns the performance of individuals and later stage of human capital pricing. So this paper studied the stage of element allocation and explored its content, condition and influence factor.369 managers and technicians of 30 enterprises from Qingdao, Jinan, Zibo and Dongying city were investigated by questionnaire of influences of performance and NEO-FFI. The results showed that the content of element allocation includes incentives, resources, self-development, power, team, corporate culture, superiors, staff support and training. And the content was affected by gender, age, educational level and personality of the individual. Element allocation pricing model was established, pricing process of element allocation was formulated and four principles for element allocation pricing were proposed, which were gender differences, age differences, educational level differences and personality differences.On the base of large-scale investigations, human capital pricing based on value realize and element allocation was studied in this paper. Human capital pricing is a integrated process, so other stages need to be researched with further study.
