The Study On Cultivated Land Protection In Baoji City

Cultivated land resources are the most important and valuable part of maintaining a certain amount of cultivated land and the quality of human existence and development,food security is the key.With the rapid socio-economic development,agricultural restructuring, urbanization,industrialization and the promotion of eco-environmental protection as well as all of the cultivated land resources have had a huge demand,combined with fewer people and more of the nation,which makes more obvious contradiction between supply and demand of cultivated land,The protection of cultivated land situation is grim,regional study on the protection of cultivated land become a hot spot,through research to raise awareness on the protection of cultivated land,as land-use decision-making behavior and to provide a basis for rational use of land resources and provide a theoretical basis.The paper analysis of the issues on the basis of cultivated land utilization issues and the status quo in Baoji City by qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine the non-agricultural land in Baoji City of drivers,and the demand for land-based food demand was forecast,based on supply and demand balance of cultivated land,the amount available for analysis to determine the amount of cultivated land in Baoji City.On this basis,pointed out the countermeasures and suggestions of protect the cultivated land in Baoji city.The full paper is divided into five chapters.ChapterⅠ,Introduction.This paper describes the main research background,objectives and significance,and reviewed the research of inland and abroad,in this article to find out the ideas and research methods.ChapterⅡ,the cultivated land use issues and the status quo of Baoji city.The main idea is to analysis the amount of cultivated land of Baoji city;structure and distribution,the amount of cultivated land in the dynamic changes and the reasons for the existence of the problems.ChapterⅢis to analyse the reasons of the cultivated land non-agricultural of Baoji city. This chapter is analysing the characteristics of the non-agricultural land and the impact of factors of non-agricultural land in Baoji City by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
