Making outstanding group culture and building the good creativity atmosphere, in order to give full play to group's creativity of scientific research, is becoming the most important subject in creativity research field. This text has summarized some domestic and international research about the group culture, group leader, group creativity atmosphere. Set out from the basic theories of drawing lessons from psychology, management science, regard Dian group as target's research of launching.First of all, this literary uses the research approach of the quality, understand the research object of this text in depth.Secondly, this literary uses the investigations method, adopt the scientific and technological group creativity atmosphere questionnaire and KEYS assessing test to make investigations in creativity atmosphere and influence factor. The main conclusion is as follows:(1)Different project team members and different time entered members don't have a remarkable difference to group's atmosphere total points and appraisal of all factor total points.(2)Different project team members and different time entered members have a remarkable difference in appraising the level of team creativity.(3) the appraisal on group's atmosphere is correlated notably with team creativity level where one stays, sense of ownership of the group , group culture and atmosphere , leader being the group culture founder , group's development potentiality.(4)Group members think the most facilitation of creativity: Organize just treating new ideas, members can treat each other sincerely, everybody has the feeling of doing one thing, members support each other.(5)Group members the most hindering function to creativity: The organization criticizes severely and treats new ideas, organization fearing to take risks, feeling controlled by others, expectation to the result do not correspond to reality.
