| Telecom industry is the basic industry of modern society. Entering the 3G era, new telecommunications technology advances and more intense market competition result in major adjustments of enterprise's strategic positioning and strategic thinking. And a new organizational structure is needed for the successful implementation of the new strategy. Previous discussion of organizational change mainly focus on how to make organizational changes more effective and smoothing, but for the attitude of the staff, particular the internal staff during organizational changes is less.Based on the background of China Telecom's strategic reconstruction and organizations change, this article takes the ZS telecommunication branch as an example, studies the status of China Telecom and ZS telecommunication branch's organization and human resources management. China Telecom's strategic reconstruction is the general trend, but the organization and human resources management issues plague ZS telecommunication branch for the further development. The organizational change will effectively solve these two problems.This article studies the attitude of different employees in the process of organizational changes using the methods of case studies, questionnaires and depth interviews. This article also analyzes the interaction between organizational change and employees'attitude using the knowledge include of psychology, organizational behavior, management disciplines, and makes a conclusion that it's necessary to grasp the change of employees'attitude in the process of advancing the organizational changes. Corresponding measures such as update human resources management concept, build effective incentive and restraint mechanisms, advance the employees career management, establish the organizational culture which adapts the change and so on also should be involved. Final it indicates the problems should be solved. |
