Due to the influence of economic globalization and market internationalization,the environmental problems faced by many organizations have become increasingly serious.Only through the means of change can the organization continue to adapt to the external environment and be able to seek a better way out for survival and development.However,organizational change is not always smooth.We can only carry out the change to the end by focusing on and avoiding resistance.However,people are the existence of organizational change needs,and employees will create resistance to organizational change due to the evasion of uncertain information and the maintenance of acquired benefits.If employees doubt their own resources and information,they will inevitably lose their sense of work safety and appear severely unstable.In this way,accurately grasp the employee's sense of security,and provide effective psychological counseling,adjust the work mentality of employees,give play to the enthusiasm of employees,reduce unnecessary resistance factors,promote change,and achieve change.Based on the author's work experience in the transformation of enterprises,this paper draws on the relevant concepts of organizational change at home and abroad,based on the research on employee safety in the process of organizational change,taking GB broadcasting group as the core case,in fair theory,vision theory and under the guidance of the theory of trust,the influencing factors and results of job security are systematically analyzed.Finally,the strategy of enhancing employees' job security in the process of organizational change is proposed in a targeted manner to promote the smooth progress of organizational reform.The purpose of this paper is to effectively adjust the job security of employees in the process of organizational change and reduce the resistance of organizational change.The thesis consists of six parts:introduction,basic concept and theoretical basis,measurement and analysis of GB broadcasting group's job security sense,influencing factors of GB broadcasting group's job security sense,GB broadcasting group to enhance employee job security strategy,conclusion and outlook.The introduction part of the thesis gives a brief introduction to the research background and significance of the article,the domestic and international research review,research methods and innovations.The second chapter defines the concept of organizational change and job security,and then focuses on fairness theory,vision theory,trust theory and incentive theory.In the third chapter,the status quo of the reform of GB broadcasting group station is introduced,and the employee's job security is measured.The questionnaire survey method and individual interview method are used to analyze the employee's job security and prepare for the targeted solution.In the fourth chapter,the case analysis method is used to analyze the factors affecting the safety of employees in the process of GB broadcasting group station.The fifth chapter puts forward the improvement strategy in a targeted way,and proposes strategies to enhance employees'job security from the aspects of employee psychological contract construction,organizational culture construction,employee communication,incentive mechanism and career planning.The final part of the article is the conclusions and outlook.
