With the rapid development of domestic beverage industry, China's beverage market competition is increasingly fierce with faster updating and upgrading products, boomingly growing momentum in carbonate beverage, fruit juice, tea and functional beverage. Consumption changing tendency in china's beverage market is mostly in the line with development of international market, but partly slack market consumption and promotion in some areas. Extending in some provincial brands and new products ,sharpens contraction between supply and demand,intensifies terminal market's competition situation, and makes advantages in conventional channels and networks disappear. Consumer's consumption psychology has turned mature, products'diversification and brands'difference lead to brands'scattering and slack market consumption and promotion in some areas. China's beverage enterprises face extremely growing pressure in the environment that the industry develop by leaps and bounds, it is an eye-catching problem to form characteristic core competitive power to break through bottleneck in enterprises'development.WISCO Fast Food and Beverage Limited Company is a state enterprise with over fifty years of experience in producing cold drink . For its system and mechanism, the enterprise hasn't paid enough attention to effective resource deployment and linkage in such supply chains as purchase, production and sale; it has difficulty in taking a step to further develop in the beverage trade with seriously similar quality and white-hot competition nowadays.The essay takes the NO.1 Beverage Factory (subsidiary factory of WISCO Fast Food and Beverage Limited Company) as an object of study, with the comparatively careful analysis to its current situation of inner production and management, Firstly, the NO.1 Beverage Factory's purchase is operated under the frame of its company's centralized purchasing system, at slow speed responding to purchase, with invisible scope effect and supplied material of unsteady quality. Secondly, the method to plan and arrange production belongs to control in experience orientation; therefore the contraction between supply and demand isn't likely to be solved. Thirdly, the transmission between information flow, logistics and commerce flow in marketing sections isn't fully mixed into production and purchase sections, which contributes to weak dynamics to control terminal markets.The essay preliminarily points out some problems in supply chain for the NO.1 Beverage Factory, explains importance and necessity to carry out Supply Chain Management on the basis of it, raises a couple of tactics on how to adjust and perfect purchase, coordinate production, improve marketing patterns so as to optimize supply chain, Meanwhile theoretically explores informationalization construction, and raises for the enterprises engaged in beverage production corresponding measures on how to implement Supply Chain Management to enhance competitive power.
