Model Analysis Of Chinese IC Industrial Development

In the information era,IC becomes one of the most important products and technology because of the large information capacity, rapid development and strong penetrability within it. In various factors that influent the comprehensive national strength, IC industry plays a pivotal role. The conclusion of the study is referable for the development of IC industry.The study introduces the development of IC industry, the current situation of Chinese IC industry and the problem within it. We draw the conclusion from the case study of South Korea and Taiwan that we should make full use of the government's guidance and coordinated function, carry on the technology integration based on the technology introduction, cultivate the ability of independent innovation, and lay emphasis on the introduction and cultivation of the talents. The study constructs the model of technological and institutional innovation based on the integration of comparative advantage theory and induced innovation theory, and the introduction of bionomics theory. The study proposes the analysis method based on the innovative industrial cluster and makes research on how to accelerate the development of our IC industry by the competition of clusters. We use the Logistic model of bionomics to analyze the evolvement of industrial cluster. We find that the industrial cluster can promote the division of regional specialization, and the regions will make full use of the resources that have comparative advantage. Technology is public property. It's of high risk and uncertainty. The innovation of technology is always regional. It's hard to achieve by the market. So we have to reduce the risk and the transaction costs by the innovation of institution. Finally we also draw the conclusion that the realization of technological innovation must base on institutional innovation. The best way to develop Chinese IC industry is to build innovative industrial cluster, carry on technological and institutional innovation, and adjust the structure of the endowment of production factors.The innovation of the study is that we construct the model of technological and institutional innovation based on the integration of comparative advantage theory and induced innovation theory, and the introduction of bionomics theory.
