As economy is devoted more, Real state industry grow quickly and the competence upgrade more and more. In A real state Company, the project sector, the center of profit and cost, decide directly the core competing power. And then project manager become the focus of management and motivation. But the current performance appraisal method does not run well, so it is very important to work out a suit of effective performance appraisal system for the company.By the way of questionnaire and interview analytic approach, the thesis analyzes the problems and correlative course in the current performance appraisal system about the project manager. To these problems, the thesis, firstly make the job analysis for the position of project manager, make certain the position responsibility and work out the position description. Secondly, the thesis decides the project appraisal index system by the requirement analysis of project start-up. After all of these, the thesis compares the project index with the manager's main responsibilities to summarize the KPI of the project manager. At last, the thesis make certain every index weight in expert evaluation,discuss index data source, processing method and so on. On the basis of these work, the thesis make more interpretation to the unusual performance appraisal.By the analysis and design of the performance appraisal system of project manager in A real state company, the thesis considers that the performance appraisal index system based on job analysis ensure the performance appraisal to the position and the expectation of the company. With proper implement of the system, A real state company can evaluate the project manager objectively and justly and improve the performance level.
