With the rapid development of economy and quick improvement of enterprise management level at home and abroad,management work of human resources occupies an increasingly important position in various kinds of enterprises.Both the construction of employer's brand and the establishment of human resources system have become the most important parts of all kinds of enterprises' management work,and a significant part of the realization of human resources strategy,among which the performance appraisal system plays a central role in the entire human resources system.Therefore,it is extremely significant to build up a human resources performance appraisal system that is applicable to the enterprise's characteristics and current condition,for the purpose of improving the level of human resources management.Project manager is the core of the implementation of enterprise's project.To a certain degree,the level of his performance directly affects the goodness or badness of the project,and further influences the project management level and performance of the whole enterprise.Therefore,the work of designing project manager's performance system becomes particularly important in the engineering company.On the basis of comprehensively analyzing the project manager-a core position in X landscape enterprise,this paper presents the organizational structure of X landscape enterprise,and analyzes the responsibilities of project manager.By using the interview method,this paper designs a performance appraisal system for the project manager-a core position in X landscape enterprise.From the design of performance appraisal framework of project manager to the extraction of key indicators and the management of the entire performance appraisal process,all work is done around the core of enhancing the management level and business capacity of X landscape enterprise's project manager.In the aspects of performance appraisal framework and method,this paper applies KPI and the comprehensive utilization of ability and quality appraisal to project manager's implementation appraisal.On one hand,the implementation focuses on the professional technical performance of the project manager.On the other hand,it pays attention to the appraisal of project manager's quality and ability.These two aspects interact with each other,and motivates the improvement of project manager's performance level.In the process of performance appraisal design,this paper makes a design for the performance appraisal of X landscape enterprise's project manager in the pre-term,in-term and after-term,during which different parts are emphasized at different stages.The pre-term preparation,medium-term follow-up,and the after-term feed back form a complete closed-loop for the performance appraisal of project manager.In the application of performance appraisal results,the results of project manager's appraisal are applied to the deployment of the project manager,the management of salary and training,and so on.This is also discussed and explained in the paper.Through a series of studies and explanations,this paper tries to make the design of performance appraisal system of X landscape enterprise's project manager relate to the practice and become an important management tool and strong landing of human resources management.The performance appraisal system of X landscape enterprise's project manager is not only targeted but also strongly practical,so that there are regulations to follow in the management of project manager,the management efficiency can be improved,and the entire enterprise's human resources management services can be served.
