Research On Performance Appraisal System Of Engineering Project Manager In H Power Company

With the increasing attention of human resources,the change of organizational structure and the continuous reform of power enterprises,power companies are becoming more and more aware of the importance of performance appraisal for project managers.This paper takes the project manager of H Power Company as the research object,through the analysis of the situation of H Power Company and project manager's performance appraisal,and based on the research actuality,performance appraisal,electric power project and other related theories of the Power project manager,collects the relevant data through the investigation and interview.To understand the qualification,rights and obligations of project Manager of H Power Company and the objective and influencing factors of performance appraisal,establish the project manager performance appraisal System of H power Company.The performance appraisal system mainly includes the examination period,the examination index,the index weight,the examination standard,the examination main body and so on,in which uses the MBK method,the AHP analytic hierarchy process and the 360° appraisal method and so on.Through the design of performance appraisal system,we find that:(1)The content and focus of the performance appraisal of the project manager of the power Project are different at various stages of the project or different examination periods.(2)For H Power Company,safety and quality are important factors,and project manager's ability to communicate and coordinate is important at all stages.(3)due to the continuous change of internal and external environment,performance appraisal is not invariable,The dynamic adjustment of performance appraisal system should be carried out according to the actual situation.Finally,the implementation of H Power Company Project manager performance appraisal steps and the safeguard measure,obtains the research conclusion.
