With the knowledge economy's coming, enterprises' competition is very fierce. Employees become the core power of improving enterprises' competency. because of their owning technology. Under the social surroundings today, the employee turnover of some industries is increasing. Research shows that companies in the industry which has potential profits and development opportunities experiencing fierce competition in the greater possibility, the attraction of talent is. So it's significant to research the relationship of industry and the employee turnover.Because the literatures of quantitative study about employee turnover are few and the data. of domestic industry rate of turnover is a lack of , by the collections of American industry turnover rate puts up three exploratory studies firstly as follows: (a) the study on employee turnover level in different industries.(b)the correlations analysis of Industry Characteristics and employee turnover.(c) the employee turnover level for enterprises to control . As Industry is sum of the all the manufacturers which product and provide the same product. Industry is between macroeconomic and corporate levels , and the basic industry characteristics is the most important environmental factors affecting the development of the company , there must be some relationship between industry characteristics and turnover rate Based on the exploratory study , we eventually reached the staff turnover rate on the industry factor by using single-factor analysis and correlation analysis, which are extracted from the example composed of the best 100 employers in the United States.The conclusions is used to get the guidance of employee turnover rate indicators for china ,it's also used to recommend manager to control the quit level address the industry features.Finally, in order to give some direction for practice, by using the study outcome, it gives some advice for managing knowledge employee turnover management in different industries .
