Along with economic globalization formed rapidly, the managers of textile enterprises must decrease the high rate of employee's turnover at first in order to make textile industry in China outstanding in this new round's competition. The textile enterprises should consider cultivation of their staff as the most important thing to do. On the one hand, this industry, belonging to labor-intensive category, needs lots of employees. On the other hand, textile companies need permanent staff to work. Therefore, it is significant to know the current situation of employee's turnover in textile industry and to find out the influence factor.The target researched in this paper is staff working in textile companies in Chuanjiang Town, Nantong City. After acquiring 144 questionnaires, the listed data are processed by various metering methods based on the employee turnover theory and theoretical model, such as crosstabs, ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis. As a conclusion, the indirect factors are distinguished from so many causes listed in the paper in which it shows negative correlation between relationship of staff-and-leader and feeling of payback equality and intention of turnover.In the last part of the paper, the suggestion explains the measures to control the rate of turnover so as to prevent the excessive brain drain. It also gives three different ways to achieve the goal. The first is to complete the system of remuneration and performance appraisal. The second is to establish communication channels formally.The third is to pay a great attention to the employees' plan about career. Additionally, government should enhance the guide action to guild in order to complete the service system.
