The rapid development of the Internet industry has gone deep into every aspect of daily life, showing a booming,competition and incentive trend. Internet industry is an emerging knowledge-intensive industries and specialized talents is meaningful to Internet industry, also the desire of the Internet industry for high quality R & D talent is far greater than in other industries.Meanwhile,it makes new requirements about how to select, manage and keep talents, especially making new management strategies and a paradigm shift in the management of employee turnover is important for the company’s long-term sustainable development of HQEW company.This paper started from long-term development strategy and according to the company which HQEW external competitive environment and the human resources department in recent years’ collection and investigation of employee turnover data, as well as the status of operations and human resources management; also integrated the theory and research methods of domestic and foreign studies, deeply explored and analyzed employees leaving mobility and reasons of HQEW and identified the main factors affecting HQEW company’s employee turnover. To match with the company’s strategy, we builder systematic, rational, scientific turnover management system, thus improving the employment status of talent unusual turnover management to maintain the company high-speed, healthy development.This paper included five parts:The first part pointed out the research significance of HQEW about the employees turnover management and based on the background of the current development conditions pulling out the main research content and research methods which used in this paper; The second part was research overview about turnover management research, on this basis, making a clearly definition about leaving management. Then, followed domestic and foreign scholars’ models and methods used in employee turnover studies, and analyzed the behavior of employee turnover impact of enterprise; The third part brief analyzed the HQEW company development status, organizational structure and management mode land analyzed the background of the company’s industry development strategy to point out human resource management status and problems; The fourth part according to HQEW really employee data to subdivide factors and main preseason’s of employee turnover:The last part was a summarize of all above and draw a conclusion of all this paper, based on company’s current situation brought up some suggestions and strategies which conform to company’s development strategy to achieve lower turnover rate’s purpose.
