The competition of retail store industry has been severely after China entered into WTO, especially the family retail store industry facing the influence of foreign business coming and consume market completing. In order to keep strong growth in the competition, the employees training is becoming one of the key factors for many companies maintaining their core competence.By using relative training theory, analyze the training system of D Group. On the basis of researching the training theories of China and foreign countries, find out the existing defects in training demand analyses, training planning and implement, assess of training result and training implement safeguard of the present system, find out that it is necessary and critical to set up training system in D Group Co. Ltd. According to the existing defects of D Group, considering the group development strategy, set up a more perfect system of training demand analyses, training planning and implement, assess of training result and training implement safeguard. By taking the advantage of the employee resources and getting the support from all levels of management, establish a perfect employee training system, and guarantee the good operation of the employee training system and strengthen training effect.
