With the intensification of the market competition, the talents, as internal power of enterprises to achieve profitability and sustainability, has become the determinant for the development of a company. Companies need to have a group of high-quality talents to obtain effective daily operation and management, to achieve the strategic objective, to ensure that the company can always suit the external circumstance change, and to keep a stable development. The point of view "Training is a kind of investment for a company" has been increasingly accepted by enterprises and academic circles. Under such a severe situation, how to build a core talents team by training to enhance competitiveness of a company and gain a sustainable development, has becoming a problem needs to be solved urgently.This paper taking Zhuzhou Urban Construction Group as the research objective, by analyzing the present situation of human resource and training, pointed out existing problems and causes of those problems. On base of procedures of requirements analysis, plan formulation, implementation and effect evaluation, a optimization proposal is provided to improve the training system. For possible problems in the process of improvement, some corresponding safeguard measures are proposed to ensure the improvement of the training system could get a powerful effect.As a platform for investment and financing of urban infrastructure construction and urbanization development, to analyze the training system of Zhuzhou Urban Construction Group can help to find out the development direction, also can provide reference for other companies in the same industry.
