Benefit satisfaction expresses the awareness of well-being of members belonged to organizations.The high degree of benefit satisfaction shows that welfare system brings to a person pleasure or positive emotional feeling. On the other hand, the low degree shows depression or negative feeling. In the past, benefit satisfaction is often regarded as a part of pay satisfaction by the western researchers to study the effect to the psychology and behavior of employees. But in today's highly competitive conditions, proper benefit measures have already been confirmed not only to protect lives, but also to promote and keep people in order to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises. So, more and more people will be concerned about the benefit satisfaction.Job burnout has always been of great concern as one of the outcome variables of pay satisfaction. This paper explores the relationship of benefits satisfaction and job burnout. The purpose is to help managers understand which factors of benefits satisfaction affect the job burnout and which factors affect the benefits satisfaction. Then the managers could take effective measures to promote the benefits satisfaction, depress the job burnout, improve organizational performance and enhance the competitiveness of the organization.In this paper, Benefits Satisfaction Questionnaire is based on PSQ authorized by Herbert and Donald, BSQ authorized by Danehower and Lust. Combined with the actual situation, Benefits Satisfaction Questionnaire is revised. Finally, the questionnaire is composed with 3 dimensions, 18 items. 3 dimensions are "Benefit Quality and Cost Satisfaction", "Benefit category Satisfaction" and "Benefit Information Satisfaction". In this paper, the job burnout questionnaire "MBI-GS" was authorized by Schanfeli and Maslach with revision by Li Chao-ping and Shi Kan. This scale fits all kinds of people, is widely used home and abroad, with higher internal consistency and retest reliability. It is recognized mature scale by most researchers. MBI-GS is composed with 3 dimensions: emotional exhaustion, cynicism and inefficacy. The questionnaire holds 15 questions.The research collected 260 valid questionnaires answered by the employees of small and medium enterprises. Through the analysis of the differences, correlation and regression analysis of the empirical study and the case study, the results show that:1. There is a differentia between the demographic variables and the Benefit Satisfaction.2. There is negative correlation between Benefit Satisfaction and Job Burnout. 3. Benefit Information Satisfaction shows the most significant effect to Job Burnout. It also attracts the most attention of employees.
