A Research On Game Relationship In Technical Alliance Of Enterprises

Since 1980s, a new trend of cooperating has appeared in international technology fields. More and more firms strengthen cooperation between each other. Through sharing resources and advantage, they jointly exploit new techniques to face international innovation. With the increasing intensification of international competition, the rapid mounting up of firm's rising demands of scarce science and technology patents and the increasing risks related to industrialization of technological innovation, cooperative innovation between firms has been one of the important organizational forms of technological innovation of Chinese enterprises in recent years.Based on the existing research, the main research contents and conclusion are as follows:Firstly, this paper models a game process which validates the effect of cooperative innovation from both-side game, then discusses the actuality of Chinese inter-firm technical alliance and its countermeasures.Secondly, we conceive a model of cooperative game between the enterprises in technical alliance that analyses the effect and the organizational form in industry cooperative innovation, and then validate the conclusion by cases.Thirdly, the paper discusses the tactic of the enterprises when they build the technical alliance with overseas' enterprises by game model and through some cases probes into actuality and countermeasures.Fourthly, we analyses the game relationship, knowledge sharing models and technology innovation path in TD-SCDMA technical alliance using theory and models. We discussed the situation and developing path of TD-SCDMA alliance in the view of game relationship.At last, on the basis of what has been mentioned and the problems in Chinese technical alliance, we make a dynamic monitoring system, and then construct the coordination mechanism of technical alliance of enterprises in China.This paper analyses creatively the game relationship in technical alliances with several game models, and analyses the effect and the tactic of strategic technical alliance by game theory. We hope the theoretician and the industry pay more attention to strategic technical alliances.
