Facing the situation of faster technology innovating, shorter technology life cycle and the higher technology entrance threshold, and in the purpose of gaining long lasting competitive superiority , many firms choose collaborative innovation strategy joining in technical alliances for reducing risk of innovation and fasten the innovation process. So, Effective and efficient sharing and communication of knowledge is the key to the realization of cooperation advantage in collaborative innovation. This alliance makes it possible for a firm to allocate resources across many different organizations and obtain useful complementary knowledge and capability from outside. But actually speaking, as the number of the technical alliances' increasing , the success ratio of it decreases ,and it holds back the efficiency of the technical alliances. So , the research on the affecting factors of the knowledge sharing is become more meaningful to the technical alliances' stability.The research concept is proposed based on a broad literature review on technical alliances and knowledge sharing in China and abroad. Data collection has been made with a questionnaire ,which is elaborately designed according to the literatures and opinions from the experts at home and abroad. Statistical package of social science (SPSS) has been used as the software tool for data analysis. After analysis we can get the main factors of impacting factors in the technical alliances' knowledge sharing, and in this way , the problems and weaknesses currently existing in Chinese technical alliances have been identified and analyzed ,and there are also some solutions have been suggested accordingly.This thesis increases the theoretical evidence and support for improving the stability of technological alliances and efficiency of knowledge sharing in technological alliances.
