Application Of GIS At New Rural Planning

With the new rural construction in full swing,the new rural planning caused more and more attention,as an advanced technology,geographic information systems(GIS) are more and more widely used in various fields. This paper took villages of Sanhe Town along Hetong Road and Hedong village of GaoLiu Town in Feixi county in Anhui Province as an object, discussed the way of the application of GIS technology at the new rural planning.Feixi County is located in the Jiangsu and Anhui watershed area, the terrain is divided into the main kong and the dyke areas.In the kong planning,the demographic factors is more considered,in the dyke areas planning,the dangerous floods is more considered.This paper selected the representatives places of the kong and the dyke areas:Hedong village of Gaoliu town and villages of Sanhe Town along Hetong Road,conducted preliminary analysis of the topic of GIS(including height,type of land, population distribution,etc.) and the latter part of the flood disaster Analysis, based on the analysis making the corresponding planning.At the same time, based on VB and mapobjects(mo) controls re-development,initially established a planning can be used to support the work of the Information Management System.Through the application of Hedong village of Gaoliu town and villages of Sanhe Town along Hetong Road planning,indicating the use of GIS technology to the new rural planning can enhance the visual and scientific of the planning,can play a good role.
