Compensation incentive plays nondeductible role in the incentive system of a enterprise. A scientific and appropriate compensation system can not only stimulate employee to explore his potential and to work hard, but also improve a company's performance, help establish a system to select the excellent employee and promote the formation of culture in the corporation. Therefore, how to find out the problems in the salary system of a company and design a wonderful salary system according to the development of the company is a important subject to study.Customer managers in commercial bank are mainly dealing with the customer services and customer relationship management to help the bank achieve the goal and meet the demand of special clients by making full use of the resource and tools. They are in the key position which links the bank with the client for they are responsible for organizing funds, managing credit selling, expanding new business, colleting feedback information. Whether these functions are working affects the fate of the commercial bank directly. Therefore, the banks need to set up a scientific customer manager compensation system to enlarge the profits through encouraging and restricting the behavior of customer manager.This paper analyzes the actuality of compensation system of CBC in HengYang since the customer manager mechanism has been applied and finds out that some problems like lack of long-term encourage, performance accessing system is irrational are not solved. Then ,we do some deeper research through empirical analysis and find that the salary of customer manager can only influence the savings efficiently. At last, this paper puts forward some feasible measures to improve the customer manager compensation system and designs a more scientific, efficient salary system according to the empirical results.
