Rural cooperative finance as an important part of banking in our country, along with our country market economy system gradually establish, inevitably involved in the industry, agriculture, and built the four big state-owned Banks and joint-stock Banks in the competition. As the town of county economy based on agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and support the development of financial institutions, to in the fierce competition, must solve the problem of good people first, the customer manager system as a banking universally implemented a customer-oriented service system, is introduced in the early1990s from western Banks advanced management concept and management mechanism in our country, in view of the customer manager group to realize the importance of bank management goal, must have scientific design customer manager compensation incentive system, makes the overall bank management goal and personal goal maximum customer manager to achieve unity, so that the customer manager to pursue personal utility maximization is transformed into the bank management achievements maximization.Based on WS rural cooperative bank customer manager compensation incentive system as the research object, has carried on the analysis and discussion, to summed up the practice significance of optimization scheme and supporting measures.Full-text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction, introduced this article research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods and possible innovations.The second part is the theory review, introduces the customer manager system, salary system and incentive theory research present situation.The third part through to the rural cooperative bank customer manager compensation incentive system of case analysis, concluded that the existing problems. The fourth part analyzes the WS rural cooperative bank customer manager compensation incentive system, the problems of compensation incentive system is discussed the optimization countermeasures and safeguards.The fifth part is the conclusion part, a summary of the research achievements of this paper has carried on the summary, the insufficiency and the future research needs to be further research work is discussed.
