With the repid development of economy and advancement of technology, especially the communication technology, the copetition in the latest products becomes more and more severe. As more and more companies take it as the key issue in future development, successful management on global procurement becomes one of the central elements of company's operation strategies.Based on the analysis of the traditional procurement system, I mainly studied how to improve the supplier management system and information system.At first, I described the features and disadvantages of the traditional procurement system and found out the causes of disadvantages of it through a specific diagnostic way of ASME.Secondly, I introduced the optimizing theory (taking BPR theory as a reference) and then implementing it in reengineering of the international procurement process, and conducting research on its main issues: supplier management and information sharing &conveying (introducing E-procurement).Finally, compared to the traditional one, features and advantages of the improved procurement process were concluded, which has a lot of important reference for domestic enterprises.The paper tried hard to analyse and solve the problems which happened in the enterprise, with the basic theories or methods of international procurement, supply chain management and E-commerce, for the goal of fundamentally strengthening the competitive ability of the enterprise. This paper's main content lies on how to provide a method to optimize the activities of international procurement. Additionally, the research method and the conclusion of this paper are important for the reference of some enterprises in China.
