The Sustainable Growth Of Private Enterprise

With the development of our national economy non-state-operated economy is bringing more and more important effect into our national economic growth, the flourishing development of private enterprise occupying an important position in non-state-operated economy is another enjoyable aspect. We discover that private enterprise at the same time are expanding, even carry weight in having become the most important enterprises in a few fields, but a few enterprises are starting an undertaking after having been set up for 3 to 5 years. What factors have led to this result after all, how to realize sustainable development of private enterprise? The main body of the thesis tries to make analysis to this problem.In this thesis, first of all we have analyzed the connotation of enterprise sustainable development and have explained the relation among sustainable development; enterprise governance and enterprise core competence, the main body of the thesis discover that the process of private enterprise sustainable development is the process of the private enterprises development based on the evolution process of enterprise in fact. On the basis of the summary of the enterprise theory we draw the concept of governance structure, and the analysis of governance structure and core competence establish the research method and frame of this thesis—analysis based on governance structure and core competence. Then we analyzed the sustainable development of private enterprise according to the previous theoretical frame, have posed the competence model taking governance structure as basis, taking the technology , management and culture as simultaneous outer-ring of private enterprises, and have analyzed the lifting mechanism of core competence. In the fifth chapter, we have analyzed the current situation and the problem of Chinese private enterprises; we have brought forward three kinds of possible evolution route of private enterprises under its present Constraint condition according to the private enterprises sustainable development theory. At last we have analyzed the other problems we should pay close attention to in the process of our national private enterprises sustainable development. We have had a brief summary of the thesis in Chapter 6. We argued that the process of private enterprises sustainable development is the process of the evolution process of the private enterprise, the private enterprise's governance structure will do necessary adjustment based on the change of the most important residual control rights. During the process of this adjustment technology, management and culture will interact with each other at the same time, thereby, drive private enterprise core competence lifting, and realize the sustainable development of private enterprise. The main body of this thesis has used the following research methods such as comparatively analytical method, document data analysis and positive analysis.Since the conditional restricting, we haven't made sufficient practice surveying, so the main body of this thesis are short of sufficient positive analysis. At the same time, because of the limitation of documents, we have not quoted the up to date data when analyzing the private enterprises contribution. According to analytical framework of this thesis --theoretical analysis based on governance structure and core competence, we have not made detailed analysis about the operation of core competence and have not made detailed analysis of other relative problems of the private enterprise's sustainable development. In addition, we haven't made sufficient analysis about the exceeding of private enterprise—the post-managerial firm, which will be the direction of my future studies.
