Research On Profit Model Of Iron And Steel Logistics Base Of Central China

At present, China's logistics industry is in a period of vigorous development, the impetus to the development of the logistics industry is from the driving force of both the market demand for logistics and the logistics planning. Logistics Park construction, as an important part of the logistics industry planning, has been referred to the logistics industry's strategy. But recent years, for the lack of planning, blind construction of Logistics Park is universal, and even fights each other for logistics resources, resulting in the internal friction of the logistics industry. China has just started for the logistics industry, so it would not achieve a good driving force role. The reason why this is that at the beginning of the Logistics Park's construction, the profit model of Logistics Park has not been studied well.In China, the research of profit model started lately, and profit model of Logistics Park is no doubt a cutting-edge research topics. At present, there are not many academic studying on the profit model of Logistics Park. And the general Logistics Park remains in the traditional management idea of the construction of infrastructure, investment, access to physical assets operating income, and so on. The service function is single, and profit level is low. Overall, the research of Logistics Park profit model is very fragmented, has not yet formed a sound system, and badly in need of further development and innovation in theory.In order to meet research and application of the profit model, the paper takes Central China steel and iron Logistics Park's construction as the background material, does more in-depth research into profit model. The structure of the paper is divided into 5 chapters. Chapter 1 is on the study of meaning and purpose of the research and reviews the profit model of domestic and international Logistics Park. Chapter 2 is a basic theory introducing the profit model of Logistics Park. It introduces the thinking, the definition, the basic elements and characteristics of profit model, and then focuses on the general profit model of Logistics Park, as well as paving the way for the study. Chapter 3 focuses on the profitability of China's Logistics Park and the causes of the current situation. This chapter introduces the concept, the basic function and the development model of Logistics Park firstly, and then discusses the present situation of the profitability of China's Logistics Park, and at last emphasizes the tendency of China's Logistics Park profit model. Chapter 4 mainly deals with the design and analysis of the iron and steel Logistics Park profit model in central China. It introduces the background of the project, and then discusses the design principles of the Iron and Steel Logistics Park profit model in central China, followed by building the framework of iron and steel logistics base profit model, and finally through the estimation of the iron and steel Logistics Park's investment, income and costs, thus makes profit analysis for iron and steel Logistics Park profit model. Chapter 5 is conclusion and prospect. The main thesis is a review of the main content, emphasizing the feasibility of Iron and Steel Logistics Park profit model in central China, and finally concludes the limitations and future research direction.
