Since the 1980s, the step of economic globalization is more and more quick, market competition is day by day fierce, in this competition, if a enterprise want to get a competitive edge , it must constantly improve its overall efficacy and performance, and performance management is the effective way to enhance the performance. Because, performance management is an strategic significance's, integrated manegement that improve the achievement effect organizing an employee , develop the potential of the team and particular , and constantly enable organizations to have the successful management thinking. Through performance management, we can help companies achieve their sustainable development of performance; promote a more performance-oriented corporate culture; motivate staff so that they work more input, urge the employee to develop their latent energy and enhance their sense of job satisfaction; enhance team cohesion and improving team performance; develop the constructive and open relations between managers and staff through constant communication and the exchange of work, and Provide an opportunity for employees to express their wishes and aspirations of the work .Therefore, the performance management issues has been of common concern in theory and practice of the profession over the years.In this paper, the improving of business performance management in CN Electric Company is focus on, through the status quo of business performance management in the above company, we find the emerging problems about performance management as follows: First, the lack of basis on performance management, and the other is the use of performance appraisal results is not in place. And then through the literature available, the theoretical foundation, basic performance management process and performance management and other human resources management practice relationship of performance management is systematically demonstrated. Furthermore, in accordance with the steps of development of performance plan, the implementation of performance, performance evaluation, performance results, the establishment of key performance indicators such as, CN electrical company's operating performance appraisal is re-designed, and, the establishment of key performance indicator system is the Focus of this paper. Finally, in follow-up research vision for the CN Electric Company, The direction of the Department of functions room is specified to improve performance management, and the employee evaluation methods is introducted.Looking for work in the existing problems, we will analyze the causes and propose improvement measures to enhance employee satisfaction, thus improve the level of operating performance of enterprise management.
