Performance management is a business development and growth of the basic,scientific,fair performance management is to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.Pinggao electrical staff and many departments,staff salary assessment,job promotion quantified assessment unscientific,reducing the production of enterprise staff enthusiasm,is not conducive to the development and growth of enterprises.In this paper,by means of questionnaire survey summarizes the high level of electrical performance management present situation,from the performance management system,performance appraisal cycle,performance evaluation index,the incentives and other aspects,found that the high level of electrical without introducing scientific performance management measures,optimizing the performance management measures,improve the level of high electrical production efficiency.The research results are as follows: the first is the high level of electrical problems,this paper proposes to establish a scientific performance appraisal system,the system includes performance plan,performance counseling,performance evaluation,performance feedback and several other processes,optimize these processes using the advanced concept of performance appraisal,put forward the performance management content,set up scientific performance appraisal build index,perfect feedback channel and incentive method,further improve the level of performance management mode is the implementation of high electrical;two security measures from the aspects of the performance appraisal of the construction of organization guarantee,system guarantee and culture guarantee,establish and improve the assessment mechanism and the Commission,to establish a correct concept of performance appraisal,performance appraisal methods of new security can be implemented,to further improve the level of employee performance appraisal with high level of electrical.After the high level of electrical performance optimization implementation,to promote the enthusiasm of the staff work fundamentally,improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,and further development of state level electrical unlisted companies,create more profits.
