As the reform of the state grid corporation organization, uhv, the smart grid construction, scientific construction and implementation of performance management of the enterprise put forward higher requirements. According to the characteristics of the power grid enterprises, the construction of performance management system must to enterprise development strategy as the basis, the performance management as enterprise strategy implementation of scientific tools, promote enterprise development and staff development coordinated unification. The electric power enterprise as capital intensive and technology intensive enterprise, the enterprise’s sustainable development, has been the focus of the electric power enterprise staff attention and research content. Based on the development characteristics of the electric power enterprise, to the enterprise performance management is put forward higher request, the construction of the performance management system must be combined with the long-term development of the enterprise strategy, the strategic target fusion and enterprise performance management implementation step by step. But any electric power enterprise strategic target realization, should put the strategic goals through performance of decomposition to every post, must be employee job performance through ascension, five integration synergy mechanism should be brought into the strategic performance management system, make the duty, process, system, standard and motivate full reasonable play a role in the performance management, make employees more profound understanding of the value, more accurate assessment of the employee’s performance, thus a more comprehensive the implementation of the enterprise’s strategic goal. Now are growing along with the system reform of electric power, the marketization of the deepening of the reform are, therefore, in the near future, power grid enterprises participate in market competition will be more and more fierce. This article selects its organization reform system of fujian provincial electric power maintenance company is analyzed, and through the subject to study the performance management of fujian provincial power company repair status, the analysis of the current situation of diagnosis, thus further draw a grid enterprise strategic performance management system, not by a certain method established can be achieved, but need to digest a variety of methods, and to build a performance management system to adapt to the complex internal and external environment, so as to promote the realization of strategic goals, organizational performance improvement. So, in this paper, the results through the establishment of process evaluation model and evaluation model, a clear process evaluation and result evaluation method, the elements of the enterprise strategy, operations, processes, organization structure and the mutual integration of all resources, harmonious and unified, make the result and process at the same time, the results of performance to focus on the process of performance management, try to find out a to adapt to the development of the provincial power company maintenance performance management, strategic goal and the organic integration of corporate performance target.
