The research of the Fourth Party Logistics has become the front topic of management science. With the development of Fourth Party Logistics(4PL), the integration of logistics jobs has been a main means that the modern logistics method reduces the logistics cost. So how to distribute the logistics jobs among the multi-agent, how to optimize and integrate the path of logistics jobs, all is becoming an important research issue in the filed of management science.Based on former research, this paper researches job integration of multi-agent oriented 4th party logistics. At first, the paper presents the research work about the concept, characteristic,operation model and the operation flow of 4PL and so on.And the key problem of the decision supporting of 4PL-selecting the agent and optimizing the path is analyzed. Afterward, comprehensively considering the agent and path choice problems, this paper builds up an optimization model of job integration of multi-agent without transshipment which is based on graph structure and oriented 4th party logistics,and proposes a two layer neighborhood search algorithm to solve the problem. Finally, in order to accord with truth situation, transshipment is introduced into model. This paper discuss the optimization model of job integration of multi-agent with transshipment,and designs a job hitching algorithm based on the main job,and uses the genetic algorithm to solve the problem.The main innovation of the paper: analyzing the various integrating model of logistics job; building up an optimization model of job integration of multi-agent which is based graph structure; proposing a two layer neighborhood search algorithm; optimizing the path of logistics jobs by using path combination and substitution strategy;designing a job hitching algorithm based on the main job to solve the optimization model of job integration of multi-agent with transshipment.
