Study On Competitiveness Of Construction Project And The Evaluation

The competitiveness of construction project is the extension of company competitive strength on construction project. Now, it has become the important issue and the study to the competitiveness of construction project has the practical signature, with the advent of a knowledge-based economy and the economic globalization and China's accession to WTO. This paper focuses on the competitiveness of construction project based on the discussion to the definition of competiveness.At first, the competitive bodies are the construction project and the companies, society, government, resources environment and the other construction projects, which come down to the construction project in its processes concluding building and operation. The competition is the competition on the strength of growth. The competitiveness of the construction is influenced directly and indirectly by many factors and the value competitiveness is the vital variable. The value competitiveness means the visible and unviable function and ability to meet the needs of share holder. Another way, the potentiality can be lost and the strength can be disappeared if the management was not good enough. So the value competitiveness and the management can not be separated. The fabulous management is the main part of the competitiveness of construction project.Secondly, based on discussion to the competitiveness of construction project, the paper indicates it's constituted with two parts, the value competitiveness and the management competitiveness. As the special economical body, its competitiveness is the ability in the competition between the construction project and the companies, society, government, resources environment and the other construction projects, which come down to the construction project in its processes concluding building and operation. As the competitive objects, its competitiveness is harmony and cooperation during process of the building and operation.At last, the evaluation index system to construction project was made in this paper. The development model of inter value competitiveness was indicated, and then its evaluation index system was designed. To the management competitiveness, recognition mode was given and then its evaluation index system was designed from the perspective of construction main bodies. The method to evaluate the general competitiveness was listed. Then the demonstration to the state of competitiveness of construction project was studied.
