The first aim of the theoretic research of this article is to establish a research pattern for the analysis of Chongqing Da Zu Thermal Spring Park tourism development planning, which is a short and medium periodic, integrated development planning for a given tourism spot. The research pattern this article brought forward based on sequence of time and logic divides the whole research into three periods: the prophase study period, the development planning period and the execution and deployment period.The prophase study of this article includes five aspects: the macro-environment analysis, the travel resource analysis, the relative special topics research, the source market analysis and the synthesized competitive ability analysis. In the relative special topics research, the thermal spring tourism, the meeting tourism and the tourism house property are selected which are the three highlights of the nowadays thermal spring development. In the thermal spring research, the article researched the typical thermal spring area mode and costumer mode after discussing the thermal spring tourism development period, thermal spring tourism development mode and the basic components of the thermal spring tourism. In the research of the source market, the article analyzed the objective source area and objective customer structure and finally forecasted the number of the traveler per year of the park. At the end of the prophase study, the article carried out a synthesized competitive ability analysis to give a general conclusion of the prophase study.The development planning researches of this article include four aspects: the general orientation and period planning, the theme orientation planning, travel products and facility planning, products marketing planning. In the traveler products and facility planning, the article calculated the construction scale in an easy way, classified the type of the products and architectures, and finally gave a detailed description of the products and architectures planar planning. In the products marketing planning, the article discussed the distribution channel design, direct duplicate marketing planning and integrated marketing planning within thanks period, after establishing the basic marketing stratagem and the tourism area visual stratagem.As for the execution and deployment period, the article includes two aspects: the support system planning and subsequent work deployment. In the support system planning, firstly discussed the new management mode of the Da Zu Culture and Movie Co., Ltd after the project carrying out, secondly planed the construction management mode and operation management mode of the thermal spring park, finally planed the manpower management of the thermal spring park. In the subsequent work deployment, the article discussed the key points of the future development based on several key time points from the view of the marketing, manpower and management mode.
