Ruijie Networks Co. Ltd (hereafter referred to as "Ruijie Company"), one of the well-known domestic manufacturers of communications equipment, was founded in 2000. It engages in research, development, production and sales of correspondence networking products and technologies, and devotes in providing network solutions of various value-added services for enterprise, government and telecommunication operators. Ruijie has specialized in "international marketing department" in charge of international marketing, with its business spreading over India, Thailand, etc. Comparing to Huiwei or ZTE who has over twenty years history, Ruijie is a rising star on international marketing development industry. However, Ruijie has achieved surprising results. In the process of internationalization it is essential for Ruijie Company that a lasting core competitive and powerful capacity should be formed through innovative marketing strategy implementation.The article introduces the basic information of Ruijie Company, points out problems of Ruijie's international marketing strategies, recommends international target markets and market positions after considering both internal and external marketing surroundings. By applying marketing and related discipline theories to this case, the author institutes proper solutions on product strategy, price strategy, place strategy and promotion strategy etc. This research will offer valuable reference to Ruijie's marketing strategy institute and digital product development.
