Supply chain management has been the important management mode for modern enterprises, and also been a hot research field for academic study and practical application since 1990. Under supply chain management mode, individual firms no longer compete as independent entities, but rather as integral parts of supply chain linkage. In addition, with the development of E-commerce, the application of information technology in firms in supply chain also deserves in-depth study. In which, the application used in distribution is very crucial for enterprises, which is important to improve competition advantage, and the level of supply chain. Therefore, the dual-channel distribution, which formed with application of information technology, will be studied in the paper.At first, on the basis of the conditions of dual-channel, the issues of dual-channel are analyzed. And based on the issues, a new distribution mode, synergic dual-channel distribution mode is proposed. Furthermore, from the aspects of synergy process, frame, function, character and estimation, the operation synergy and the information synergy in the new distribution mode are discussed.In the following, the implement strategies for the synergic dual-channel distribution are discussed, in which the implement bases, elements and means are analyzed. Moreover, the implement suggestions, based on the special circumstances in our country, are given.Finally, an optimization model for this new distribution mode is builds up too, which is proposed for the purpose of the biggest distribution profit. In this model, the impacts of the electronic-orders transferring on the holding cost, transportation cost, shortage cost and profit are analysed. Then by the simulation analyse, the preponderant condition of synergic dual-channel is got, which is compared to independent dual-channel, traditional channel and electronic channel. Also, the best transfer-ratio and its impact factors (such as the electronic order and transportation length) are analyzed.
