China's private corporations have completed the transition from traditional experience management to modern and scientific management and become a kind of open industry economy with international practice, higher-degree market and scientific and systematic management after more than twenty years'development. Meanwhile, Human resources management in China's private corporations also exposed many problems. For example, the corporate managers are often faced with lower employee job satisfaction and serious brain drain problems. It is the goal as well as the value of China's private corporations'HR management to ensure the employee in private corporations to work actively and passionately for the development of private corporations.The Paper aimed at improving the job satisfaction of employee in private corporations and, proposed a new way of thinking to take corresponding measures for management by understanding the true psychological state of mind of employee based on the entry point, that is, the psychological contract linking employees with organizations.The paper firstly reviewed the relevant domestic and international references and theoretical studies on psychological contract and job satisfaction, designed questionnaires of organizational responsibility concerned with psychological contract and job satisfaction. Then investigation was made on private corporations in Chongqing and the empirical research results showed that the management and employee had different understanding of organizational responsibility concerned with the psychological contract, which was related with employee's job satisfaction. Therefore, management in private corporations should make use of psychological contract to understand the psychological needs of employee, improve the employees'job satisfaction and thus target for specific HR management activities.An Empirical study of the paper included: exploratory factor analysis of psychological contract's three-dimensional structure, independent samples T test of organizational responsibility concerned with psychological contract, mean analysis of job satisfaction and comparative analysis of organizational responsibility based on the demographic variables.The ultimate goal of the paper was to propose for private corporations' management some countermeasures to improve the employee job satisfaction and lower turnover rate. The paper came to conclusion that the concept of psychological contract should be introduced into HR management such as recruitment management, training and development management, communication management as well as salary management. This conclusion can help management team in private corporations to adopt more rational human resource management measures, better improve employees'job satisfaction and retain the talents.
