Company F is an electronic (PCB board) and R & D institutions designed manufacturer, global supplier chain of technology-based group, is working for the IT industry and OEM business magnates (such as HP, DELL.APPLE, SONY, etc.), now is Number one in a row 7 years of National exports. As the sense of forward-looking layout in the past two years, most of it's subsidiary company (including product development, manufacturing, global supply chain logistics functions), improves the traditional 3C products to the development of the area 6C. M enterprise is a manufacturer of a well-known server company, has been in transition from OEM to ODM since early 2007, at the same time to expand in areas such as auto parts.The traditional OEM business model and quality system based on the ISO9001: 2000 are unable to support the transition and expansion of M enterprises. Multinational company like HP, DELL.APPLE, and SONY requires its supplies to be in confirmed with ISO/TS 16949:2002 (or similar criterion).If M business is wish to keep the five key competitiveness, transition from manufacturing to technology company, promote the TS16949 (non-automotive businesses) is an effective carrier to upgrade the management level of the company.This article first investigates application and effect of the TS16949 technology standard in the automobile industry, aiming at the root causes exist in the ISO9000 system; we propose the incorporation of TS16949 standard in electronic industry.The second chapter compares the difference and similarity between automobile and electronic industry in production and management mode, then bring about the demand for incorporation of TS16949 from aspects of client, market, development and upgrading of management level and quality level.In the third chapter, the difference between ISO9000 and TS16949 is analyzed; the unsuitability of some articles in electronic industry is evaluated. The feasibility of incorporation of TS16949 standard is designed from aspects of product and process character, organization structure and management mode.The fourth chapter presents method and approach designed for incorporation of TS16949 from organization structure, system modification, and flow optimization.In the fifth chapter, combining the incorporation of TS16949 in M company quality system, the structure of organization, and the application of the five core tools in process is designed.
