Improvement Research On ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System In Company S

Along with rapid development of China's economy, the world famous automobile manufacturers and components companies moved manufacturing base to China, which is world's largest manufacturing base. In order to meet the extremely strict requirement in quality, more and more Chinese manufacturers choose to pass ISO/TS16949 certification to improve their quality management level. Therefore, how to promote the ISO/TS16949 quality management system operation effectiveness, to truly improve product quality, has become a serious problem to be solved.S company is a lubricant production. It has passed ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification for many years. Although the system runs smoothly in general, due to kinds of factors such as internal management,external competition, and personnel quality, its effectiveness remains to be improved.In this thesis, the operation status of ISO/TS16949 quality management system in S company is analyzed, and the major problems affecting the operation of system are found according to the statistics of the third party audit in recent years in company S. The depth investigation and analysis are done by using quality management tools, which indicates the direction for improvement. Based on eight quality management principles and the PDCA circle, compared with ISO/TS16949 standards, the specific and targeted improvement plan is put forward in order to improve the ISO/TS16949 system operation effectiveness in S company, promote the quality of management level, and product.The development, content, management tools, application of ISO/TS16949 quality management system are studied and researched,and evaluation method of its operation effectiveness is discussed. The key to improve the system operation effectiveness is leader's focus, effective planning, regular system and full participation. The problem of ISO/TS16949 quality management system operation in S company is typical in other companies, and the research on it could give them like S some instructions on both theoretical and practical significance to solve similar problems.
