How to transfer knowledge to the international start-ups and form its unique ability to become the focus of its international dynamic capability?In previous studies, most scholars have focused on the effect entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurship resources, knowledge management, technological innovation to entrepreneurial performance, for the knowledge transfer effects on business performance study is less, especially on international start-ups of SMEs as the research object, from the perspective of dynamic capabilities to explore the study of the knowledge transfer effects on business performance needs to be improved. Firstly, the article first simple introduction to SMEs, noted that SMEs push and pull factors of international entrepreneurship; Secondly, generalizes the related theories of international knowledge transfer, international dynamic capabilities and international entrepreneurial performance, respectively defined the connotation of international knowledge transfer, international dynamic capabilities and international entrepreneurial performance and its dimensions. International entrepreneurial performance is divided into financial performance and non-financial performance; International knowledge international transfer into international knowledge transfer, international knowledge absorption and international knowledge integration; International dynamic capability is divided into five dimensions, namely resource access ability, the international resource integration ability and learning ability to absorb; Discussion on the effect of international knowledge transfer to the international dynamic capabilities, based on further analysis of the impact of international dynamic capability to international entrepreneurial performance. Thirdly, using quetionnaire survey to collect data, and using software spss22.0 and amos22.0 to analysis the data, mainly include descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis and the validity of the test, etc. Get the following conclusion:First, the relation international knowledge transfer with international entrepreneurial performance test results. International knowledge transfer has a positive impact on international entrepreneurial performance, this agreement with most scholar research conclusion. International knowledge transfer, international knowledge absorption, international knowledge integration of the three dimensions and international entrepreneurial performance relationship analysis results show that:International knowledge transfer and international knowledge absorption effect on the financial performance is opposite bigger, but international knowledge transfer bigger influence on the non-financial performance.Secondly, the results of analysis on international dynamic capabilities and international entrepreneurial performance relationship show:International dynamic ability to include international environmental perception, international resource acquisition capability, and international integrate resources and learning absorption capacity four dimensions. International dynamic capabilities and international entrepreneurial performance positively correlated. Characterized by international environmental perception had a great influence on international financial performance of venture enterprises, and the international resource integration ability and international environmental perception had a great influence on the financial performance.Again, the international knowledge transfer relations with international dynamic capability analysis, according to the results of international knowledge transfer to the significant positive correlation between the influence of international dynamic capabilities, to verify the "international knowledge transfer and international dynamic capabilities significantly positively relation" hypothesis. In particular, international knowledge absorption and international knowledge integration has a great influence on international environmental perception effect; International knowledge absorption and international knowledge transfer influence on international resources acquisition capability to relatively large; The influence of the international knowledge absorption ability to the full of international resources integration relatively large; International knowledge absorption and international knowledge integration has a great influence on international learning absorption capacity.Finally, build international knowledge transfer-international dynamic capabilities-international entrepreneurial performance model, and through the empirical analysis to test, the results show that international dynamic capabilities in international knowledge transfer and international entrepreneurship performance plays an intermediary role.In this thesis, the biggest innovation is based on the international entrepreneurial in SMEs, Due to the rise in the number of SMEs in the domestic, the development of SMEs related to the international economic situation, therefore, the development of SMEs has become the focus of the state and society.
