Research On The Causes And Suggestions Of Developing Finance Leasing Industry In Nanjing

Modern finance leasing plays an increasingly important role in the development of economics, and it's a new industry with bright outlook. It appears late in Chinese market, and even in Nanjing, this industry hasn't been truly developed so far. There are still many untouched fields. By the method of combining theoretical analysis with practical research and using the SWOT model, this article systematically analyses the status and causes of the finance leasing development, and puts forward the meaning, the key point and the strategy to promote the modern financing leasing industry in Nanjing at present. Modern financing leasing industry has a broad space for development in Nanjing, but it needs to take advantage of the industry potential, resolve the industry disadvantage, grasp the opportunity and avoid the threat, so that the development of the financial leasing industry will grow. This will certainly lead to enhancing the level of Nanjing's economic, consolidating the core position of Nanjing in Metropolitan Area economy and playing a bigger role in financial integration of the Yangtze River Delta.The main content of the article is divided into five parts: the first part discusses the Finance Leasing proceeding from its general theory, including its conception, characteristics, mode of operation and function; the second part briefly expounds the world's developed countries'development of the leasing industry, as well as our own country; the third part analyzes the leasing industry's development status in Nanjing, and studys the experience of developing the leasing market in other two major cities in the Yangtze River Delta --Shanghai and Hangzhou by comparison, expounded the Motivation of modern finance leasing industry from different angles; the fourth part makes an objective appraisal on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the development of modern finance leases in Nanjing by using the SWOT analytical method; the last part points out the focus on the development of modern financing and leasing industry, and puts forward a proposal on how to develope the modern leasing industry in Nanjing .
