Leasing is one of the main channels of commodity circulation in developed countries. Building rental industry is the industry to provide construction equipment, whose aim is to win the space of survival and development in addition to profit growth through meeting the diversity and gradient needs of project area and construction companies building projects of construction companies. In recent years, this industry has gotten rapid development in the background of expanding domestic demand, adjusting the revitalize key industries, and the large-scale infrastructure constructions projects such as full swing construction of affordable housing project. Baoji, as a central city in China, which connects Chengdu, Chongqing, Lanzhou, Ymchuan and Xi’an, devotes to building "one center, five bases" with the implementation of the strategic concept "one belt, one road". Moreover, in this progress, a heavy demand in building the large-scale infrastructures is brought along.Baoji Ji’an Group Leasing Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Baoji Ji’an Group. How to fully seize the opportunities in the leasing industry development situation and how to further clarify the company’s development strategy and enhance the core competitiveness then promote the company’s sustainable development under the guidance of the company strategy that those have a great significance. This paper takes Baoji Ji’an Group Leasing Company as research object, in accordance with the theory of enterprise strategic management, by researching on company development status, the external environment and internal resources, besides, using PEST Analysis, Five-strength Competition Model, SWOT Analysis and to identify the external threats andopportunities the company faced, and what advantages and disadvantages the company owns. After repeated discussions analysis,the future development strategy of this company was formulated, which could be seen as:take the strategies which contains utilizations of the high-end technologic equipment, optimization of structure, and aiming at the premium clients as the basic strategy, meanwhile the implementation of those strategies should be specific. At the same time, the measures and guarantees of how to implement this strategy smoothly was defined, and this provided the theoretical basis for works at strategies allocation and formulation. Since this paper is focus on a single case research, even though the chosen company has a significant degree in representing this industry, the resources that it possesses have a special uniqueness. Therefore, the conclusion of this paper is more individualized. In addition, the environment analysis of this research have a strong specificity in both time line and time point, thus, the conclusion could be further individualized. However, The conclusion of this paper could not be used for a further analogy in this industry since The it have a intensive applicable value for the researched, company itself. Besides, the market investigation was conducted by interviewing the rivals and the first-hand materials could not be retained. In this case, the conclusion of this essay is required to be inspected among the practical situations. The strategy of development of the JA leasing company solved the strategy management in a certain extent, and the future business direction as well as the developing targets was defined due to implement hierarchy of strategic planning. There are reasons to believe that The JA leasing company could serve better to the local economy construction by building up and enhancing the core capabilities.
