According rapidly developing of society and power's market trend, power enterprises need to construct a set of quick response system facing its market.Focusing the following three aspects, we construct this quick response system:1 To let the power supply suits power demand and to improve the reliability of electricity energy offered by power enterprise. Improving power energy's reliability helps the developing of society's productivity and people's standard of living. Balancing power's demand and supply can improve power enterprise's productivity.2 To analyze the demand and affordability of customers, and then formulate a set of reasonable power marketing policy. The reasonable policy mentioned here means not only to insure the industrial balance and all citizens can afford to pay electricity price but also to enlarge its interest of itself.3 To optimize the framework and the process of dealing affairs of power enterprise, so as to improve its productivity.During the period of constructing this system, a good many of work have been done.
