Today the market competition is so fierce that laminated floor face not only a lot of chances but also threats .Making a strategy is the key to manage the corporation successful .In order to find out the best competitive strategy, this thesis conducts a systematic study of laminated floor products ,using combination of macroscopic and microcosmic methods, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.The thesis, analyses its macroscopic surroundings and its competitive conditions, and then proposes that laminated floor products face not only the chances of rapid economic development, of our country's great emphasis on agriculture and forestry, of improvement in starderd of laminate floor .of reduce in competitor, but the threats of severe impact on controlling in country economy, of restriction and balance of country financial condition , of lack of product protection in international trade,of adjustment in import policy,of market wither in businese land, of increase in competitive floor, secondly, after analysis, puts forward that the key factors of success are progressiveness and reliability of the equipment, low cost control ability, high product research and development,high profit of production and quality management ability through expert investigation; thirdly, analyses the inner surroundings of products and proposes that floor products have the great advantages of professional quality of production, of strong support of the government policies, of high capacity of loading and freight and ability of quality management ,of high product research and development,of high capacity in storehouse production,of supper customer service, at the same time, that have the disadvantages of low change in production process ,capital performance of the raw materials, of shortage supply in shop-worker, of low utilization of the fixed asset, of poor construction of enterprise Culture, The thesis tries to find the competitive strategy of laminated floor products by constructing the SWTO analytic model, then analize that the competitive strategy is feasible; lastly, based on the implementation of this strategy, the thesis pick out some measures and suggestion about competitive strategy...
